How To Book;

  • We only need to know your menu choices two weeks prior to your event, so if you don't know these yet, then don't worry! Just complete as much of the first section as possible, and if you have any questions please check our FAQs or feel free to contact us.

  • No reservation can be confirmed without a completed booking form.


  • Upon receipt of a completed booking form we will issue a deposit invoice.

  • This will be based on 25% of the final expected total. Any changes in numbers and/or menu choices will be accounted for in your final invoice, issued approxmately four weeks prior to your event, with the balance due two weeks before the event.

  • If your booking form is received less than six weeks from the date of your event we will issue an invoice for the full amount, with the balance due two weeks before the event.


  • Four weeks prior to your event we will contact you to ask for menu choices if we have not already received these from you, and we will also issue a balance invoice.


  • Two weeks prior to your event, we ask that you have confirmed numbers and menu choices. Any changes beyond this point will be accommodated wherever possible. Please consult our Terms and Conditions for further details.


  • On the day, we will arrive approximately 1.5^ hours prior to your agreed sit down time (seated catered parties). Our waiting staff (where taken) will lay the table. They will serve and clear each course, leaving you with coffee (if applicable). They will clear all crockery and cutlery to the dishwasher, putting this on prior to leaving.  We will handwash any pots, pans and delicate items, and remove all rubbish we have generated.

For Deliveries; 

  • Our deliveries come freshly prepared and packaged in recyclable containers, complete with printed instructions on how to heat and serve.


  • We will advise you of a delivery window no less than 2 days prior to the event.


^ - Times vary dependent on the complexity of your booking and group size. Typically we arrive 1.5 hours early for seated and served meals (e.g. Dinner Party or Bistro Menus). For larger events and buffet style menus (e.g. Buffet and Barbecues) we typically allow  2 to 3 hours preparation time and will advise you of an arrival time in advance.
