With our hog roast oven we can cook two hogs at once, catering for upwards of 400 guests! The unqiue dual design also allows us the flexibility to cook a hog and a lamb at the same time, giving you even more choice for your guests.

Our food is freshly made, by us - using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. As such, we ask for menu choices at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Alternative options are available to cater for vegetarians, allergy sufferers and intolerances.
Additional dishes and/or courses can be made available upon request.
Crockery and cultery hire is available, if required. Other equipment can be hired on your behalf from one of our suppliers, as requested.

typical whole lamb serves 40-50 guests
suckling pig, mini-pig (cuts of shoulder and leg) or pulled pork ideal for smaller numbers
